3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Types

• Farm Owner: Full access to farm management features, worker management, and financial data
• Farm Worker: Limited access based on permissions granted by farm owner

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FarmTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or farm data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain full ownership of all farm data, production records, and information you input into FarmTrack. We do not claim ownership of your farm data.

6. Service Availability

• Upon account termination, data export is available for 30 days
• After 30 days, account data may be permanently deleted

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from farm management decisions based on service data
• Third-party integrations or external service failures

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FarmTrack and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or service notification. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
